Priyanka Chopra has been producing quite a number of films and after Marathi film Ventilator, Sarvann in Punjabi, Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi in Bhojpuri, she is now planning to come up with something very different.
Priyanka has plans to produce a trilingual film titled ‘Nandini’. This will be the recreation of Tagore’s real-life romance. The movie will be directed by Ujjwal Chatterjee.
Very few of us know that Tagore was in a relationship with Annapurna Turkhud. She used to give English lessons to the Nobel laureate before he left for his sojourn in England. Tagore was only 22 at that point of time. Shaheb Chatterjee is offered the role of Tagore in the film and he is preparing himself for the same. Nalini will be done by Marathi actress Vaidehi Parshurami.
