What is Hypnotherapy?

The word ‘hypno’ means sleep, and ‘therapy’ refers to the treatment we use to solve mental problems. Hypnotherapy is a treatment where a person is in a state of being half awake and half asleep.

Since the person remains half awake during this therapy, it is not possible to harm the person or make them do anything undesirable through this therapy.

What do Stress and Anxiety Mean?

The term ‘anxiety’ refers to the presence of negative thoughts in the mind. In today's world, people constantly experience fear due to work pressures and other issues. Anxiety arises when a person overthinks something, and stress follows from that anxiety.

Stress is a mental condition where it feels as if life's problems have become too overwhelming to solve. This leads to fear and, consequently, cognitive issues.

A person has two minds, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind works with logic. On the other hand, the subconscious mind is like a child. It is where fears and worries are stored. Hypnotherapy helps to free the subconscious mind from anxiety and calm it.
