Director Subhendu Pandit recently presented the audience with ‘Wrong number’. The film revolves around two characters who live poles apart life from each other. Meet Sandy and Joy, they are roommates but dwells in two different worlds. Sandy belongs from a quite well-off family with a rich background, who spends time as a guitarist and vocalist of a band in a rented flat with his friend Joy.
Speaking about the second protagonist of the film Joy, a part-time Bengali teacher of a school, dreamS to own career of a professional writer. Joy belongs from a middle-class background who supports his family. But things change when Sandy uploads a song on YouTube, which was a song by Joy. The moment the song hits the social platform it becomes popular. The director Subhendu creatively crafted the movie, the twist and turns of the film will grab the audience’s attention.
What happens after the forms the crux of ‘Wrong Number’? A host of actor- Samadarshi Dutta, Sourabh Das, Saayoni Ghosh, Durga, Biswajit Chakraborty, Bharat Kaul, and Tulika Basu has come together for Subhendu’s Wrong Number.
