What to see: While visiting Chakrata, you must not miss the nearby sight-seeing like Tiger Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in India with a height of 312 feet. You are sure to catch the mesmerizing forest view from there. Chilmiri Lake, Ram Tal Horticultural Garden, Deoban are the other places to check out. If you are a bird lover then Deoban in Chakrata is the place where you will find Himalayan wood peckers, white collared black birds and other such weird species.
What to eat: In Chakrata there is no such speciality food; hotels will offer you healthy homely foods so that you feel free to enjoy the scenic beauty of the forest and the hills. The only USP of Chakrata is the tranquility that nature will finally offer you.
