Adults or children, all are afraid of police or police stations, but the Kolkata Police has done something unique to help people overcome their fear of police! Recently Kolkata Police has painted the walls of the Kasba Police station with colourful informative paintings. Paintings like depicting the importance of afforestation and keeping the surroundings clean.

Kolkata Police took this step to make the police stations seem friendlier. It has been done in addition to the Child-Friendly Corners(CFC) set up in various police stations. There is one thing common in every painting; a dog that spreads the message. The locals are very happy that the Kolkata Police took this initiative.
