Kolkata has a lot of different and unique ice cream flavours to offer, because the city of joy has created many fusion ice creams by incorporating sweet dishes into different and lip smacking flavours. Many unique flavours like mishti doi ice cream, mango ice cream, nolen gur ice cream, pan flavoured ice cream, cheese cake ice cream have been the brain child of master confectioners in Kolkata. We actually love all the flavours that Kolkata has offered us, but at the same time we are despairing for other flavours like rosogolla, rabri, rosomalai, laddu, kaju barfi and many more.
Is anybody out there to actually transform this wish into reality?
