On occasion of laughter day, Chhandasi Creations and Team Abar Basanta Bilap organized a talk show at the Bengal Lounge Kolkata this evening. The primary focus of the talk show was to discuss the ‘Importance of laughter in our daily life’; along with that, the first look of the much-awaited movie “Abar Basanta Bilap’ was launched.
The movie stars Devlina Kumar and Abhubhab in the lead; Moon Moon Sen, Kharaj Mukherjee, Paran Bandopadhyay, Mir Afsar Ali, Sumit Samaddar and Bihu Mukherjee in pivotal roles. The event was graced by Rajib Kumar, Kolkata Police Commissioner, Advocate general Kishore Dutta, footballer Bhaskar Mukherjee, Devlina Kumar, Shubhankar Chattopadhyay, Rajesh Dutta (director), Ipsita Roy Sarkar(director), Sumit Samaddar along with the producer of the film.
The event was very light-hearted as one expected, if Mir is the one hosting it. Renowned cardiologist Sourav Koley was also present, who discussed the significance and types of laughter. The actors shared their experiences while shooting this film. They all did not for once forget to clarify the fact that this movie has no similarities with the Bengali classic film ‘Basanta Bilap’, except the genre of the film being same, and this movie too like the previous, promises lots of laughter.
