Director Birsa Dasgupta is busy shooting for his upcoming female-centric film ‘CrissCross’, which stars Nusrat Jahan, Mimi Chakraborty, Sohini Sarkar, Joya Ahsan and Arjun Chakraborty. The movie is making the right noise ahead of its shoot.
Mimi Chakraborty plays the role of a journalist named Ira who lives with Archie, (played by Arjun Chakraborty), who is a chef by profession. Nusrat Jahan's character Meher is an upcoming actor who enters the lives of Archie and Ira (the lead pair). Well, this is the basic plot of the story. It is still unknown, which characters Sohini and Bangladeshi actor Joya Ahsan will be portraying. Director Birsa's last film was "Shob Bhooturey" in 2017.
