On 7th September Healthetc, a premier healthcare chain of the Daffodil Group announced the second edition of their unique initiative, ‘Swachcha Nirmal Sustha Bangla Award 2018’ and conferred awards to the 2017 winners. This is the second year of this award which identifies those Durga Puja committees that support the state government’s pledge for Nirmal Bangla Mission. There are several categories and evaluation parameters that include Environment Friendliness, health and Hygiene Awareness, Safety Arrangements, Social Responsibility, which further have sub-categories.
The event was attended by prominent personalities from different walks of life including Sanjay Saraf the Chairman of Healthetc, Yashvardhan Saraf, Director of Healthetc, Agnimitra Paul, Rajatava Dutta, Manoj Tiwary, Aneek Dhar, Abir Chattopadhyay, Paoli Dam, and many others. Firhad Hakim, Minister-in-charge, Urban Development, and Municipal Affairs Department was the chief guest of this event, who presented the awards to the winners of last year.
