State Government to organise job fair

State government officials have decided to organize a job fair for the skilled workers and this will open a new gateway for them too. The fair will be held at Netaji Indoor Stadium on 27th of November and representatives from different organisations will be present. This fair will be a good platform for the job seekers. The Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development organized this fair which falls directly under the Technical Department. Something like this is happening in Bengal for the first time and this has been possible because of the State Government’s initiative. This fair will open a door of job opportunities. Generally renowned institutions organizes campus drives for job  seekers and now the state government officials are making all the necessary arrangements for the job seekers at Netaji Indoor Stadium. The students of Vocational Training Institutes of the state under the Technical Education Department have been asked to visit the Job Fair and the individuals who have completed their training have also been asked to visit the Job Fair.

There will be at least 60 stalls and  representatives from different departments will be present at different stalls. The employers at the stalls will conduct interviews and on that basis they will hire individuals. According to the state government officials, the job seekers must be between 18 to 45 years of age and this platform will directly offer jobs. The job seekers are eagerly waiting for that day and they have already started preparing for the interviews.
