The women of the Swanirvar group are taking various responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the business. They are supervising the workers, financing, raw materials and selling of finished products.
An initiative has been taken by the state government. One of their primary objectives is to focus on the development of brick factory in Bankura. As the women of the community are getting benefited, the local youth are also being employed.
The state government played an important role when the brick factory was built in Deoli village of Gangajalghati.
