Singer Soumitra Sang Along With The Doctors At The Hospital Bed

A video of music artist Soumitra Roy has gone viral on Facebook. In the video, he was seen sitting on a hospital bed and singing with the hospital staff.

Soumitra is singing with an eyebandage. We heard in his voice, “Kande sudhu mon kano kandere...”. On his Facebook page, it was revealed that he had recently undergone eye cataract surgery in a private hospital.

He had a smile on his face while singing, and even the hospital doctors joined him. As the video of this song went viral on social media, fans gave many advices or words about Soumitra’s health.

In this post of his, one person wrote, “It is forbidden to talk when the eye operation is done. You are singing again, Dada?” To that question, Soumitra Roy replied, “The doctor was by your side!” Someone again worried and asked, “Why are you in an Operation theatre?” In reply, Soumitra Roy informed him that he had gone through cataract surgery.

Someone warned him again in the comment section and wrote, “Soumitra Babu, since your eyes are injured at this time, it is better not to sing. Because the pressure in the eyes may harm you. As a music freak, you may not be bothered. Wishing you a speedy recovery.” On the other hand, Soumitra Roy replied again: “Actually, their (Bhumi) song was playing there; he just hummed it.”
