Despite the fast-paced nature of the sport, there are times when we miss the best gesture of the particular game. Shutterbug never fails to capture the best moment of life. Not many of us know that there is more to sports photography that continuous, lightning quick shutter speeds. To understand a particular move, a photojournalist has to be well-versed about that sport.
On 21st September such exhibition based on Sports moments was held at Nandan. An exhibition of 44 photographs that highlighted the best moments of sports and it was graced by retired International footballer Prasun Banerjee and Former captain of India national women's cricket team Jhulan Goswami. “Even if you know what makes a good picture, it takes a lot of hard work to snap the right moment. I am glad to attend this event,” said Prasun Banerjee. To capture a freeze shot with a fast shutter speed is quite impossible but the exhibition helped to bring out the drama to a particular picture.
