Finally, Director Shaunak Sen’s Oscar-nominated documentary "All That Breathes" has started streaming in India on JioCinema.
Director Shaunak Sen posted a picture of his documentary’s poster on Instagram on Friday. He captioned it, "Delighted to report that All That Breathes is finally available in India. Like all HBO films and shows, it’s on Jio. Please spread the word!"
The Documentary ‘All That Breathes debuted on the Disney+ Hotstar platform at first on March 22 of this year for only 8 days. But, as Disney+ Hotstar discontinued its agreement with HBO for some reasons, on April 1, they deleted all HBO content from their catalogue. But finally, The ninety-seven-minute documentary is now streaming on Jio Cinema’s platform, along with all HBO content.
"All That Breathes" is a Delhi-set documentary that follows two siblings, Mohammad Saud and Nadeem Shehzad, who have devoted their lives to rescuing and treating injured birds, especially black kites.
Shaunak Sen’s Documentary film ‘All That Breathes’ was nominated for the Oscars in 2023, but it was unable to win any academic awards. IMDb gave the movie a rating of 7 on a scale of 10. The film received positive reviews and also won the 'World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Documentary' at the 2022 ‘Sundance Film Festival’ and the ‘Golden Eye Award’ for the best documentary at the 2022 ‘Cannes Film Festival’.
