Sanya Malhotra, who made her debut in Dangal is somebody that Bollywood should look out for. After her performance in Dangal as wrestler Babita Kumari, the actor got several offers, none of which materialised. The actor had no work for more than three-four months after the release of Dangal! However, Sanya Malhotra did not break down during this phase. The young actress took this period not as her phase of struggle but as her learning phase. She learnt patience and perseverance in these months.
The feeling of becoming an actor is yet to sink in Sanya, she confessed. Having three films at hand the actress says that she enjoys what she does and nothing can kill her motivation. The three films in which we would see Sanya are:
- Photograph, which would be directed by Ritesh Batra;
- Badhai ho where she is cast opposite to Ayushmann Khurana;
- Churiyan, which is to be directed by Vishal Bharadwaj;
