Censor Board deleted three scenes from the movie ‘Nagarkitan’ by Kaushik Ganguly. Though many directors think that in artistic genre censor board should not interfere much because this might trouble the mindset of the director. However, the good part is that the International Festivals will showcase the uncut versions of ‘Nagarkitan’.
‘Nagarkitan’ revolves around the same-sex love story between Riddhi Sen and Ritwick Chakraborty. Riddhi has done numerous films but this time it is quite challenging to perform such a sensitive role. Ritwick never failed to impress the critics and the audience with his acting skills in the character roles portrayed by him and this is again a brave attempt at his end.
