On 27th April 2018, Rupa celebrated their glorious 50 years in accordance with the Indian Postal Department as they conferred them with a special cover Envelop and My Stamp. The outstanding honour was unveiled by Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi, Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal in the presence of Smt. J. Charukesi, Postmaster General, Kolkata Region.
The occasion marked a wonderful journey of the company since the beginning and the presence of Shri P.R. Agarwala (Chairman), Shri G.P. Agarwala (Vice Chairman), and Shri. K.B. Agarwala (Managing Director) of Rupa and Company Limited at Taj Bengal took the occasion to great heights.
“It is definitely a matter of great prestige. We are feeling proud. GPO has come forward with the stamp release, it is a very good thing for us as it is a governing body. The whole company is feeling very proud” said Shri. K.B. Agarwala, Managing Director of Rupa and Company Limited.
