The fishermen take a lot of risks when they set sail in the sea as it can be quite rough sometimes. Concerned about the well-being of the fishermen the state fisheries department has thought of introducing specialized rescue boats for fishermen fishing at the sea.
The boats will have two important life support systems, anti-drowning technology along with live tracking system. The rescue boats are equipped with the anti-drowning system which won’t let the boats drown and buy them time till the authorities provide help to them. The forest department will provide the licenses for the rescue boats.
