Ranveer’s emotions for his upcoming film Gully Boy

Ranveer Singh, who started his career back in 2010, played the character of Bittoo Sharma in Maneesh Sharma’s Band Baaja Baaraat. The actor has always proved his versatility as an actor by taking up different kinds of roles. Ranveer Singh was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, playing the role of Allauddin Khilji, for which he was showered with positive reviews, both by critics as well as the audience.

The actor who just completed shooting for his upcoming venture by Zoya Akhtar ‘Gully Boy’ says that this is one film that he is very attached to emotionally. The story is shot on the thriving framework of the hip-hop culture which emerged from Mumbai. Since the actor himself is from Mumbai, he feels even more attached to the film.

The 32-year-old plays the role of a recording artist here who has struggled as a kid to become one. Ranveer Singh has won awards for almost all the films he acted in. Since Gully boy is a film close to the actor’s heart, we hope the film becomes a successful one and adds another feather to his hat.
