You’re impatient, less fussy and a quick decision-maker. There's this thing about globetrotters, they don’t like travelling with heavy bags and baggage. We have come up with ways to travel very light for all the jet setters out there!
Few easy mantras for travelling light:
Cut short the layer of clothes: Let’s face the fact it is immensely tiring to tug along a heavy baggage. You can’t possibly take your wardrobe and board your flight. If you’re planning a three-four days trip, you got to be smart. A cardigan, two-pairs of denim and a classy black leather jacket are must haves for your trip.
Cut down on toiletries: Say a big No to your perfume collection for morning, noonand night. You don’t need that. Pick up one which is mild and stays on for long. Just stick to that and you’re good to go. Just a tiny bit of advice, avoid bigger bottles and your new best friend is the miniature bottle of cologne.
Choose your Shoes carefully: We know how much you love your fancy shoes, which perfectly compliment your every night gown or your LBD. But please save those big pump ups for some other day. Pick two pairs-one which you wear regularly and another for your special clicks.
Keep things in one place: Passport-check, wallet-check, phone charger-check and do not forget the cash-in-hand. All these things need to be guarded with your life. This will not only save your time but will save you from any troublesome situation.
Auf Weidersehen to Luxuries: Carrying your DSLR or the portable speaker is a big NO. Just avoid them. Trust your phone camera and earphones as they ain’t much worse than a DSLR or your portable speaker set. You need to settle your mind with few belongings. Leave the Luxuries back at home, so that you can make the most of your trip and get the best from your vacation.
