New subjects to be introduced in schools

Do you love trekking? The teenagers who love adventure will soon be able to fulfil their dreams in class. The secondary education board has decided to include Rock Climbing in the list of 'other curriculum activities' and students of classes 5 to 8 will get the opportunity to learn. However not all school students will get this benefit. The schools which are located near artificial hills will fall in this category. There will be training courses for those who love geography, history as well as adventure. The course will focus on museum building. One can be a part of it simply by creating a small museum with the help of stones, soil samples, trees, animals or insects. Most of the teenagers know about the biodiversity of Africa or Antarctica through various tv programmes. But they are not as familiar with the local biodiversity. The state government officials will soon bring some changes and they are hoping that the students will be benefited from this.
