Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan and the renowned actress Mimi Chakraborty have teamed up for the much-anticipated movie "Toofan." Recently, it's been revealed that another talented actress will be joining them in this venture. Who could it be? Sources suggest it's none other than Bangladesh's beloved actress, Masuma Rahman Nabila.
Although Dhallywood might not churn out as many films as its Indian counterpart, Nabila has managed to carve a niche for herself. Her stellar performance in the 2016 movie "Aynabaji," starring Chanchal Chowdhury, garnered widespread acclaim. Years ago, she also appeared in the political thriller "August 1975," signalling her versatility as an actress. Reports indicate that after a hiatus, Nabila is eager to return to the silver screen, with "Toofan" being her focus.
Directed by Raihan Rafi, "Toofan" is a collaborative effort between Bangladesh and West Bengal. Produced by Bangladeshi production House Alpha-i and Chorki. On the other hand, Tollywood's SVF is also in charge of production.
Despite juggling multiple projects, Mimi Chakraborty is excited about her Bangladeshi debut with "Toofan." Filming has already commenced in Hyderabad, and director Rafi assures audiences of an action-packed thriller featuring Shakib, Mimi, and Nabila.
