The 38th and current Mayor of the city, on Monday has announced a tax benefit of 90% if anyone plants large trees in there property. Even if anyone who modernises waste management and disposal process in one’s complex, tax benefit will be applicable . He announced this soon after taking the oath.
Apart from this, he has also declared benefits on property for owners of ponds and water bodies who would take good measures of their preservation. After becoming a part of citizen-friendly initiative he has promised to monitor these issues and grievances personally.
