Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose museum was inaugurated at the Red Fort by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. The inauguration was scheduled keeping in mind his 122nd birth anniversary which is celebrated all over the nation. The museum is located in the Red Fort barracks where trials for Indian National Army (INA) were held between 1945 and 1946. The museum for Bose is digitized and has artifacts and his personal belongings on display. A wooden chair and a sword used by Netaji himself, his family photographs and currency notes of INA, medals, badges and other articles are on display at the museum. The galleries are stretched in 3 floors and will help visitors to relive the life the life of the great leader of our nation. Photographs, paintings, public records, video clips, animation, and multimedia is used to provide a proper experience to the visitors.
