We all know that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose is the one who sought Independence for us. And being a bengalee, he faced a lot of problems that had cropped up in his approach to achieve the accomplishment. In order to celebrate his birthday people all over the world take due initiative. Today is Netaji's 121st birthday and in almost every local area people are hoisting flags and doling out chocolates. These occasions have by now been commercialised to a great extent yet, you cannot deny the fact that people like him deserves special mention in the history of India.
Celebrating Bose's birthday has given opportunities to the younger generation to know more about him. It is actually a necessity for all. It becomes the onus of the elders to enhance the educational field of the generations coming. The best part of the celebration is even the local police stations like Khardah police station and many more are also participating in such events and organising small functions too along with the schools and local clubs.
We, Jiyo Bangla have taken a tour to various places including a few NGOs on this day to witness the celebration of the birth anniversary of the legendary figure Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Sangbedan, A non-profit organisation celebrated the day in a much homely atmosphere. They have distributed shawls and foods to the destitute and specially the aged people who are actually the loners. We salute their initiative.
