Mouni Roy is one of the top television stars in India and she is to make her Hindi film debut in the upcoming sports-drama film ‘Gold’, which stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role. The film is directed by Reema Kagti and is scheduled to release on 15th of August this year. Speaking about the film, she said “Mujhe Goosebumps aa gaye the poster dekhne ke baad. Not just the poster, even the teaser which we had released sometimes back. It feels great just to think that I’m a part of this project.”
Apart from this, Mouni has bagged another role. She will be in Ayan Mukherji’s sci-fi flick, ‘Brahmastra’ which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.
