India’s longest and Asia’s second longest road-rail bridge will be inaugurated by the end of this year by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Bogibeel Bridge connects Dibrugarh in Assam to Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh. It is 32metres above the water level of Brahmaputra. This bridge is a part of the infrastructure projects intended by India to improve logistics along the border of Arunachal Pradesh.
