The much celebrated director Kaushik Ganguly is all set to shoot his upcoming Film Kishore Kumar Junior in Jaisalmer with his assistant directors Rajdeep Ghosh and Chandrashish Roy. Known for his acting, scripts and direction the director-actor left for Jaisalmer to shoot his next venture where he has casted Aparajita Auddhy and Prosenjit Chatterjee.
When asked about the story, the director said that the script is such that it demands a location like Jaisalmer where there is desert as well as forts to do justice to the story. The film is to be shot in the villages of Jaisalmer but it is not linked to Sonar Kella in any manner claimed the director. The film shall even witness live musicians acting along with Prosenjit Chatterjee.
The national award winning director claims that his upcoming project is a completely unique one and assures that it is absolutely authentic. After giving the audience movies like, Arekti Premer Golpo, Laptop, Shobdo, Apur Panchali and various other successful and unique movies the audience is looking up to the director to come up with something different yet striking.
