Popular Tollywood Actor Paran Bandopadhyay took a break from shooting due to severe illness in extreme heat. Due to his illness, the actor also withdrew from director Rahul Mukherjee’s series. But the actor himself claimed that his illness was a rumour. Then, how seriously ill is the actor?
The veteran actor, at the age of 82, recently completed the shooting of director Ayan Mukherjee’s series ‘Nikhoj’ and was supposed to start shooting for his upcoming film ‘Pradhan," directed by Abhijit Sen. Abhijit Sen also said that he will wait for the shooting until he recovers completely.
It was heard that Paran Bandopadhyay’s sickness news is a rumour. Later, he too confirmed this to the media. He said, "All the news of the illness is completely false. I don’t know why this news is being spread. I’m totally affected by colds and fevers. And the doctor told me to rest the throat. That’s why I took a break from shooting. If I cannot say the dialogue, then how do I act? But the bad feeling is to spread false news about someone’s illness like this."
Meanwhile, in the upcoming film ‘Pradhan," directed by Abhijit Sen, Paran and Dev are getting reunited once again after their previous film ‘Tonic’. Popular television actress Soumitrisha Kundu will also be in this film. This film is again a family drama dealing with different kinds of relationships and solving them. The director said if everything goes according to plan, then "Pradhan" will be released in theatres this Christmas.
