Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC)has launched a new mobile app IRCTC Rail Connect. The IRCTC e-wallet users will be able book tickets through this app. Users having this app can recharge their wallets. This money can be used by the users to book rail tickets.
People who are registered on the IRCTC website can use this e-wallet facility. The e-wallet facility is available on its website as well as the mobile app. Passengers can also book cabs through this app as IRCTC has collaborated with Ola to make commuting easy for passengers. You can order food through the IRCTC Food on Track app. They can order food using their PNR number. This app allows the passengers to pay the bill through online or offline mode. Another facility started by the IRCTC is if a vendor does not provide the passenger with a bill then they can eat the food for free!
