India and United State came together to spread joy to those, whose life have been severely affected by Cancer. To ease their pain and share as much as it can, internationally acclaimed Los Angeles based non-profit organization HOPE B-Lit collaborated with CANKIDS.
‘Got Cancer’ is path-breaking short film, nominated as the Best Human Interest Film. The short documentary highlights what cancer patients go through, struggles and their victory.
The world around us collapses when those robust and innocent souls that lights our world stop smiling. Undoubtedly, world around us shatters when those innocent souls whom we care the most falls sick. Now, imagine those little souls dealing with something critical and deadly like Cancer. Those who have faced cancer, their lives have changed and the impact on the family and friends around those becomes unimaginable and unbearable. HOPE B-LIT and CANKIDS came together to light up the world for the kids and they are doing something undoubtedly inspiring. The non-profit organization HOPE B-LIT travelling to 3 metropolitan cities in India (Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata) to conduct workshops and provide financial support those families with cancer patients.
Speaking with Sonal Sharma (Founder & Board Member of CanKids) said, “These kids are not just kids they all are real heroes. Hence, they need to live and we all need to support them.” The Chief guests at the event veteran actor Arjun Chakraborty attended the event in support of children suffering from cancer. Ruhi aka Rohini Hak (Founder of HOPE B-LIT) said, “The documentary path-breaking short film ‘Got Cancer’ is a call to action. This one is a real impact to support the cause and drive some positive change with hope.” On the other hand, veteran actor Arjun Chakraborty was very happy to be associated with CANKIDS.
