IIT Kharagpur projected to start out a college on Quality and Reliability (Q & R), a primary of its kind in India.
IIT Kharagpur is among the top trendsetting institutes in engineering, management, medical technology and Intellectual Property Rights connected laws education. They’re currently venturing within the domain of quality with the aim to enhance the trinity of Process, Planet and People (3P’s) targeting Engineering, Human and Natural systems, a release said.
The college is going to be truly interdisciplinary in which faculty members as well as students are going to be from numerous disciplines, Professor P P Chakrabarti, Director, IIT-Kharagpur, said.
It shall conjointly function as a hub of Intellectual Property in Quality. The School will be a trend-setter, as has been several of IIT-Kharagpur's initiatives, notably those supported by the alumni," Professor Chakrabarti added.
