Glorious silver jubilee celebration of Speciality Restaurants Ltd

On 15th March 2018, Speciality Restaurants Limited celebrated their journey of long 25 years with the gracious presence of Mr. Anjan Chatterjee, Founder and Managing Director of Speciality Restaurants Ltd and the eminent cricket personality Mr. Sambaran Banerjee in Mainland China of Gurusaday Road.

Mr. Chatterjee emphasized on the fact that they believe in maintaining good quality foods along with lip smacking taste in an affordable price range. “All my celebration starts from Calcutta. I am a calcuttan and Bengal has given me a lot in person. We have a few Bengal centric future plans. This is the first company in Restaurant industry to celebrate their incomparable 25 years” says Mr. Anjan Chatterjee.

Now they possess 125 restaurants and branches altogether and with time his son has taken up a few accountabilities. His son came up with the concept of “Hoppipola” and he is doing pretty well. That segment of business is growing faster because of the inclusions of technology and fresh updated thoughts into it.

Speciality Restaurants Ltd. is proud to have 23 topnotch chefs of their own and they are training more people in their own training institute for a better future. “Building a professional corporate run restaurant chain has been God’s grace and little bit of effort we gave is all we presented. I believe in the formulae of PHD- that is passion, hard work and discipline” added Mr. Anjan Chatterjee.

Sambaran Banerjee was elated to be a part of the gala birthday celebration of the famous food chain Speciality Restaurants Ltd. and stated that “I am proud of this বঙ্গসন্তান (Bongo sontan). Anjan started his career not from zero but from negative. He left the job of Abp and he did not enjoy the cream of life. He struggled a lot in Mumbai. So he made something on which all bengalees should take pride on. His word PHD is important in everyone’s life. The best part of his food chain is he maintains hygiene. No other restaurant owner can ask media to check his kitchen hygiene anyday at any point of time. This requires guts and Anjan is the one who has it at his best.”
