Summer is painful and we all agree to it. Not everything can be consumed during summer. The food which one eats during the summers should be carefully consumed, as a lot of people have tremendous digestion problems during summers and not just that, foods that heat up the body are even responsible for eruptions on the body. Therefore, food should be eaten carefully. Suggested food items to avoid this summer would be:
- Meaty items: Meat should be strictly avoided during summers, as animal meat heats up the body faster than usual which reversely affects the body.
- Spices: Spices like, ginger, pepper, cumin, chilli, cinnamon heats up the body faster and hence should be avoided. These spices have a thermogenic effect on the body.
- Flour: Avoid eating flour products as flour products are difficult to digest. Although you can, if you want you can have a little bit of it at night. But during the day, flour consumption should strictly be avoided.
- Junk Food: Junk food is a strict ‘no no’ during the summers. Junk food creates digestive problems and even causes food poisoning.
- Dry Fruits: It is suggested to avoid dry fruits. Although dry fruits are considered healthy but despite that, it contains a lot of heat which heats up the body as well. Hence, dry fruits should be avoided.
