Thousands of people take air travel services. Now, a new air route will be opening from Bagdogra to Guwahati.
On August 30, the air route will start from Andal's Kazi Nazrul Islam airport. Flights will travel from Bhubaneswar to Bagdogra via Andal, four days a week. And the remaining three days, the flights will go to Guwahati via Andal.
The flights will travel from Bhubaneswar to Bagdogra via Andal on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. On the other days, namely Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the flights will travel to Guwahati via Andal.
Initially, the flight will depart Bhubaneswar around 11:15 AM and land in Andal at 12:55 PM The same flight will take off from Andal around 1:15 PM for Bagdogra. Likewise, the return flight from Bagdogra will reach Bhubaneswar.
Additionally, flights from Andal go to Mumbai. Now, services have also started on the Bhubaneswar and Guwahati routes. Similarly, flights to Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Delhi operate daily.
The airline authorities are upbeat about this new service. Kailash Mandal, the General Manager of Andal Airport, said, they expect the route to become popular among passengers.
