The State Transport Department of West Bengal has decided to run extra buses so that people are not gettingsuffer due to the heavy traffic restrictions inflict after the Majerhat incident.
The extra buses which will run on these routes are as follow:
- Taratala to Budge Budge: 5
- Taratala to Tollygunge Metro: 2
- Tollygunge Metro to Behala: 6
- BehalaChowrasta to Dastipur: 3
- Behala to Diamond Harbour: 3
- New Alipur station to BehalaChowrasta: 3
According to the transport department of West Bengal, there will be extra buses in Dharmatala too which will be used if needed.
