Education Success: 26 Youths from the Same Village in Uttar Pradesh are Set to Become Police Officers—How Did They Achieve This?

A wave of joy has swept across the village of Kasmipur Khola in Uttar Pradesh, as 26 young men and women have cleared the police constable recruitment exam.

Kasmipur Khola is located in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. In this village, nearly everyone holds a government job. Villagers proudly say, there has not been a single government exam where their youth have not succeeded. Once again, Kasmipur Khola has set a remarkable example.

It is reported that 70 candidates from the village had applied for this year's police constable recruitment exam. Among them, 26 successfully cleared the written exam. Interestingly, none of them attended any coaching classes. Instead, they relied on educational videos on YouTube. However, after the written test, they now face a physical test. Once they pass that, all 26 candidates from the same village will join the police force.

A track has been constructed about one to one-and-a-half kilometers from the village to prepare for the physical test. The candidates practice their daily. The town also has a library, providing students with ample study resources.
