Control Your Anger with These Easy Tricks

Getting angry is a normal thing but knowing how to control your temper helps you in a number of ways. It makes you look more approachable and sober when you can control your temper in every situation. But for a termagant few, it seems like a mammoth task.

Well, people can control their anger issues with these simple tricks: -

  1. Engage in physical activities like running/jogging, cycling, yoga, swimming etc.
  2. Get enough sleep at night for having an energized and a good start to the day.
  3. Keep an anger journal where you can write why you got angry and how you controlled it or times when you couldn’t control it.
  4. Visualize a ‘happy place’ to calm yourself down immediately at crucial moments.
  5. Start meditating for proper energy flow in your mind and body.
