Classical Guitarists Conquer Kolkata Hearts

Top ten classical guitarists from all over the world came to display their music piece and won the hearts of many attending the Calcutta International Classical Guitar Festival held at ICCR recently. The three day festival saw eminent guitarists play soulful pieces at the ninth edition of the Festival. The audience found themselves connecting from the instant it all began with Vietnamese guitarist Thu Le and Italian musician Lorenzo Bernardi showcasing an Italian serenade. Swedish composer Johannes Moller, has been playing frequently in Kolkata over the past few years and the spectators just enjoyed his performance. However, it was British musician Gary Ryan who stole the spotlight with his eloquent and melodic guitar playing. The audience would be eagerly waiting for the spectacular performance when the Festival takes place again to mesmerize the avid listeners.
