The Chinese smartphone manufacturing company OPPO has disclosed its sub-brand Realme’s latest models of smartphones which will soon hit online markets. The company decision is to release the sale from 25th May, 2018. Currently, the company is subjected to sell the phones on the online marketing website of Amazon.
The brand Realme’s prime agenda is to focus on the Indian Market specifically before stepping into the Global market. The CEO of Realme India, Madhav Sheth said, “We want to have a substantial share in India’s online channel, which currently contributes to around 40% of the overall market. India is on our priority, and it will get any new device first. We are going to be a product-centric brand, thereby all our investments will be directed towards product development,”.
The company has uncovered two budgeted smartphones targeting the young buyers.
One of the smartphones holds specifications like 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and the other one holds a RAM of 6GB with 128GB internal storage. Both of the phones are affordable, pricing like Rs.8990 and Rs.13,990 respectively.
Since the company dream is to expand its online business, henceforth, from June onwards it is looking forward to introduce its third model with 4GB RAM and 64 GB onboard storage. The cost for this handset is expected to be Rs.10,990.
The phone is supported with 12-nm Artificial Intelligence-based MediaTek Helio P60 chipset with “AI shot” technology.
