Ayan Mukherji is an Indian director known for ‘Yeh Jawani Hain Deewani’, which had Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. It was a commercial hit. Ayan is now working on his new directorial Brahmastra under Dharma Productions in Bulgaria.
It is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language superhero fantasy film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy in lead roles.
“It’s a very big project of my life. All my hopes are pinned on this film. I am very excited about the cast but I hope the film is even bigger than the cast. They have all come together because of the story and the theme of the film” said Ayan Mukherjee, according to a source.
Brahmastra' is a trilogy produced by Karan Johar. The Ayan Mukerji directorial stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. It is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
