We all are born with typically black hair and this is true especially for the Bong people. With time we are failing to maintain the right food habits and lifestyle which is essential for healthy hair. Moreover increase in pollution around us is not helping our hair. But we should be aware of the internal factors of our body to know the exact reason for greying hair. The follicles that are present in our hair contain pigments that are responsible for producing melanin. When our body stops producing enough amount of melanin content, the hair starts becoming white or grey.
- Try out the latest black tea bag treatment. Boil the tea bags in water for some time and strain the tea. Apply it on your scalp and wash it after a while. Do not repeat this pack for more than twice a week. Take your shower in cold water.
- Mix henna, lemon juice, curd, coffee powder, gooseberry and catechu in a bowl. Make a thick paste of it and make sure that the coffee gets neutralised and the red colour comes up with time. Keep it on overnight. Apply it on your hair the next day. Keep it till it dries and then wash it off later.
- To avoid premature greying of hair try out raw earth. Take some mud in a bowl and mix it with water to get rid of insects therein. Apply it evenly on your hair either with your hands or cotton. Leave it to dry. Wash it off and see the magic.
- Ghee can also do wonders for your hair. Take 1 kg of ghee or clear butter. Add 1 litre amla juice into it along with 250gms mulethi. Mix it well and heat it in a low flame. Keep it safe in a glass container. Apply it in time.
- Add some orange juice to amla juice and apply it on your hair and scalp. It is best to peel off the orange and mash it up for some good pulp.
