Apollo Gleneagles warned for discrepancy found in recipient lists

The Apollo Gleneagles Hospital has been asked to resubmit the Recipient list to ROTTO, after it found that the name of a recipient of liver is missing from the list. When resubmitted, the name of the recipient appeared there who received the liver from the deceased donor on October 26. But the Hospital has been questioned on why such discrepancy happened.  The Regional Organ and Tissue Transplant organization has showcaused the hospital because of the discrepancy. The Apollo Hospital authority has not elicited any answer. An Official said that this might be an warning to the hospital but repeated events of such discrepencies might land them I to cancellation of license of that organ transplant.
