A city luxury hotel saw a grand gathering of the art connoisseurs of Kolkata to celebrate Shuvaprasanna’s latest series of artworks on display at an art gallery. The party was an extension of the artist’s journey where Shuvaprasanna launched the digital prints of his artworks.
Shuvaprasanna was seen personally welcoming guests at the gathering. Different motifs in the form of owl, crow, cat, goat, and so on were visible, altogether displaying a print set of 10 paintings at an affordable rate. Art lovers would love to buy original paintings, but keeping in mind financial constraints, the idea of digital prints was devised as they are economical and affordable. Among the honourable guests present was the German deputy Consul General Jurgen Thomas Schrod. He appreciated the paintings with the owl and crow motifs. He was impressed with the detailing of the paintings and also mentioned that he associated the crow with the city, hailing the city as being so rich in culture and heritage.
The guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner with a lavish spread. The dessert menu too had a lot of variations. The guests enjoyed the dinner along with conversations related to art and culture. All in all, it was a memorable evening.
