Councillor Alokmoy Lahiri of ward no 8 and 15 has put forward his helping hand to the guardians of the Madhyamik examinees. It is tough for them to wait outside under the blazing sun till the exams get over. But they cannot leave their children and go back home when these students are appearing for their first important exam in life.
Therefore, the team of these two wards along with the aid of Banibrata Mondol decided to offer cold water to quench their thirst. Moreover the councillor also offered geometry box, pens, pencil and other stationary educational items to 26 students of their area.
