Do you reminisce the calm and cool hubby of Rituparna Sengupta in “Belasheshe”? Yes, the man who brought back his wife finally from the so called “extramarital demon”. He is none other than our very own Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee. Now he is up for his own “Basonto Utsav” concert in Rabindra Sadan on 19th March 2018.
It is the birthday of Chaitali Dasgupta on 20th March and that is the solitary reason why she will be felicitated on 19th March by the entire crew of “Aji E Basonte”. “We all hold our fire for the spring time because this gives new hope in our minds and soul. This is the impetus that drove us to plan together an evening along with Madhumita Basu from “Aantorik” says Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee.
The other performers are Sraboni Sen, Bidipta Chakraborty, Guru Purnima Ghosh, Arnab Bandhopadhyay, Rubena Chattopadhyay, Konineeka Bandhopadhyay, Soumili Ghosh Biswas, Suchhanda Ghosh, Paromita Saha, Debmalya Chattopadhyay, Chandreyee Ghosh and many more. There will be dance performances by the eminent dancers of Sapphire dance troupe, Darpani dance group, Sandip Mallick and Sonarpurnadam dance group.
Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee is the personality who has taken due initiative for the entire event in Rabindra Sadan on 19th March 2018. It is actually hard-hitting to come up with a massive event within such a short span of time. But he is in fact tapping all the artistes together and planning to come out with flying colours.
