What if we tell you, Kolkata will host a night market this weekend? Did we get your attention? Yes, we did. "The Stadel", one of Kolkata’s well-known hotels will be hosting this market. Not just trendsetting clothes, best of the best music along with food and drinks will be stalled. We just can’t wait!
If you know and love the night markets in Goa and Bangkok, and you simply wait to hover around the market, here’s some good news for you. "The Stadel" in association with Smoke Inc. will be hosting the very first edition of "Cal Bunka" this 27th January. A night market will have much more than just clothes and accessories. Along with fabulous food, Dance, clothes you can enjoy good art.
Cal Bunka is quite a weird name. Why such name you might ask? Well, just because Cal represent the abbreviate form of Calcutta and Bunka refers ‘culture’ in Japanese. It is a Green event which means the use of plastic bags is a no-no. It is a positive initiative.
So, that literary meaning “Cal Bunka" just did justification to the city of culture-Kolkata. Even DJ's will be present at this venue. High octane music is to be expected from DJs Leon and U-Gai from the Glass House.
Starting from well-known brands to number of F&B junctions are to be accumulated here. Wabi Sabi, Silli Chillies,Tea Junction, and Crème Cup will satiate your food cravings at the venue. Even kids will have fun activities and games to keep them entertained and occupied. To ensure that you capture all these fun memories, the photo booth will let you click lots of pictures.
