5 ways to wake up early in the morning

For years, we struggled to wake up early but alas!

It becomes a dream to get up before sunrise, when my morning alarm would drive away and no good intentions in the world can pull me out of the bed; but at last, you can conquer it.

These are few tips for you to fight the battle of getting up early in the morning.

  • Sleep well so you can get up early with a fresh mind.
  • Drink milk before going to sleep. Drinking milk helps sound sleep.
  • Adjust your alarm 20 mins before the waking time.
  • Trick your brain to get up on time.
  • Before you sleep, mentally recite the time you want to wake up.
